Account

Your Account page holds your personal profile in Davies CXsmart. It's separate from the client-account-wide settings in the Admin hub — this page is just about you.

Profile​

Open Account to manage your own details:

  • Name — the display name shown to colleagues and recorded against your actions.
  • Avatar — a profile picture. Upload an image, or remove it to fall back to the default.

Save your changes to update your profile.

Signing out​

Use Sign out to end your session. You'll be returned to the sign-in page and will need to authenticate again to get back in.

Idle logout​

For security, your session ends automatically after a period of inactivity (idle logout). If you leave the console unattended, you'll be signed out and asked to sign in again when you return. This protects your client account's data if you step away from an unlocked device.
