Admin hub
The Admin hub is where client admins configure how Davies CXsmart works for their client account — who can use it, how surveys reach people, and how the platform connects to other systems.
Users and roles
This page covers managing the people in your client account, the roles and permissions that govern what they can do, the IP allowlist, and impersonation.
Agents
Agents (colleagues) are the people whose customer interactions you attribute feedback to. Attributing a response to an agent powers agent-level reporting, performance comparison, and leaderboards. Agents are distinct from workspace users — a user signs in to Davies CXsmart, while an agent is someone feedback is credited to.
Topics, themes and prompts
Free-text answers (verbatims) are automatically classified so you can see what customers are talking about at scale. This page covers the taxonomy you configure — topics and themes — and the prompts that drive the classification.
SMS and IVR setup
The SMS & IVR setup page (telephony) connects Davies CXsmart to Twilio so you can run surveys over text and phone, and maps your Twilio numbers to the surveys they should start.
Segments
Segments are saved filters that slice your feedback in consistent, reusable ways, and they connect to your organisational hierarchy so you can report by team or unit.
Email templates
Email templates are reusable, branded invitation emails used when you send surveys by email. They support personalisation variables and open/click tracking.
Short URLs
The Short URLs admin page manages shortened, click-tracked links. It's the same service documented in Distribution → Short URLs, surfaced here in the Admin hub for convenience.
File drop
The File drop admin page runs schema-mapped CSV sends — uploading a list of recipients, mapping its columns to personalisation variables, and sending (optionally scheduled). It's the same capability documented in Distribution → File drop, available here in the Admin hub.
Integrations and API keys
This page covers how Davies CXsmart connects to your other systems — webhooks that push events out, and API keys that let your applications call the platform with scoped access.
Features and audit
This page covers two platform-level admin areas: system feature flags that turn capabilities on and off, and the audit log that records who changed what.
