Coaching
The Coaching page is where you recognise and celebrate frontline performance. It uses badges — awards your colleagues earn for great work — together with team views and personal scorecards to keep your team motivated and to make progress visible.
The five tabs
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Share wall | A feed of recent badge awards across the team |
| My team | The colleagues under a hierarchy node you manage, with their stats |
| 1:1 coaching | One-to-one coaching documents — notes, action items, and feedback per colleague |
| My badges | Your own badges and your progress towards the rest |
| Badges | Award badges, define new ones, and set auto-award rules |
Share wall
The Share wall is a celebratory feed of recent awards — "Jordan earned Customer Hero" — including the reason given and who awarded it. When new badges have been awarded since your last visit, a banner highlights them; opening the tab clears the count.
You can Export CSV of the recent awards from this tab.
My team
The My team tab is a manager's view of the people you look after. Pick a hierarchy node and the tab lists everyone beneath it — the node and all the teams under it — with each colleague's responses, mean NPS, and badges side by side. You can award a badge to a team member inline: choose a badge, then use Award on their row.
1:1 coaching
The 1:1 coaching tab keeps a running record of your one-to-ones with each colleague. Pick a colleague, then log a 1:1 with the meeting date, notes, action items, and feedback to discuss. Open action items from the last 1:1 are carried over into the next one so nothing is dropped. Each saved 1:1 appears in a history you can revisit, tick off actions on, and export as text, markdown, or CSV.
My badges and scorecards
The My badges tab shows badges earned and progress towards those still to come. If your sign-in email is linked to an agent profile, it automatically shows your badges; managers can pick any colleague to review.
This tab also surfaces a scorecard for the selected person — their Responses, NPS, CSAT, and Badges side by side — so recognition sits next to the performance that earned it.
Each badge shows whether it is earned or in progress, with a progress bar (for example, 3 / 5) so people can see how close they are to the next one.
Badges
The Badges tab is the management surface: award a badge by hand, define new badges, and set up rules that award badges automatically. See Badges for the full guide.
