Saved views

A view is a named snapshot of your filter bar — the surveys, date range, channels, agents, teams, dimensions, and toggles you've set. Instead of rebuilding the same combination every time, save it once and reload it in a click.

Views are personal to you and available on the Analyse screens whose filter bar includes the Saved views section (Responses, and any screen offering the full filter set).

Saving a view

  1. Set up the filters you want on the bar (survey, date range, channel, and so on).
  2. Open More filters.
  3. Scroll to Saved views.
  4. Under Save current as, type a name (for example Detractors — last 30 days).
  5. Click Save.

Your current filter selections are captured under that name.

Loading a view

  1. Open More filters → Saved views.
  2. Use the Load a view… dropdown and pick your view.

The filter bar updates immediately to the saved selections, and the page re-runs with them applied.

Making a view your default

You can mark one view as your default. When set, it loads automatically every time you arrive — so the app opens straight to the slice you care about most.

  • In the saved-views section, each view appears as a small chip. Click the star (☆) on a view to make it your default.
  • A default view is marked with a filled star (★) in the dropdown.
tip

A default view is the fastest way to make Davies CXsmart feel tailored to your role — for example, a team manager might default to My team, this month.

Deleting a view

In the saved-views section, each view chip has a button. Click it to delete that view. (Deleting a view only removes the saved filter combination — it never touches your responses or data.)

What a view does and doesn't capture

Captured in a viewNot captured
Selected surveysThe specific responses (views are live — they re-run each time)
Date range / presetWhich dashboard is open
Channels, agents, team, dimensionColumn choices in the Response Console
AND / OR mode
Show-only toggles (alerted, completed, with notes)

Because a view re-runs live, loading This month tomorrow shows tomorrow's This month — the filters are saved, not the results.
